Silver Hatha Yoga

This Gentle Yoga class is a safe way to explore what yoga is all about without feeling physically over-extended. From the comfort of your chair we begin to get reacquainted with our bodies and our breath. Honoring bodies of all sizes and abilities, this class focuses on providing a reasonable challenge- as well as plenty of modifications to keep you feeling your personal best.


Gentle Flow

Alignment & Flow pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. An emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This class welcomes all levels, and is a great way to heat up the body and let go of any outside stress.


The Vinyasa class focuses on connecting the body and the breath. By synchronizing the movement with our inhale and exhale, we begin to find our flow. Vinyasa class is a great way to elevate the heart rate, challenge the body, and fortify the mind. A basic understanding of postures is helpful but not required.


Yin Yang

Yin Yang offers the best of both worlds for the Yogi seeking to both fire up the body and find stillness. The first half of the class will build heat in the body through dynamic movement and standing postures before transitioning to the floor for a more restorative, yin based practice in the second half of the class.


Yin yoga is a more relaxed practiced and the perfect choice for any Yogi looking to stretch his or her muscles and relax the mind. The class will focus on holding and maintaining a variety of yin specific yoga asanas, or poses, for an extended amount of time, typically 4-6 minutes in order to allow the body and mind to fully experience the benefits of each pose.


Root & Restore

Root and Restore is a relaxing and restorative practice ideal for any yogi looking to root into his or her mat, unwind and escape the stress of everyday life. Nestled in and supported by a variety of props, simpler poses are held for an extended period of time, allowing the body and mind to completely “let go” as you find your inner bliss.

Sweet Release for Feet

Our feet take a beating in our daily hustle. This class is a great opportunity to tune inward, focus on relaxing our achey soles and work on our ability to ground in our practice. Using a mineral bath, essential oils, and Suzi's hemp products- self care never felt so good!
