Corrie specializes in myofascial release, swedish massage, cupping, thai massage, medical and injury treatment work, visceral manipulation, sports and neuromuscular techniques. Corrie creates a safe space where the nervous system can be calmed. From there the holding patterns in the body can be discovered, and then the true healing process can begin.

Torey offers seasonal workshops that explore the art of slowing down.
When off the mat she enjoys creating art, practicing reiki, and giving acupuncture.
In class, she encompasses the yin energy she is so knowledgable about. Her calming nature guides her students into an ideal place to rest, restore, and learn.

Candy has been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years. She has settled into enjoying a mindful practice which focuses on calming the mind while stretching and strengthening the body. Her sessions teach fundamental asanas (positions) of yoga with a focus on alignment and breath practice. Her classes are suitable for anyone who appreciates a slower and more gentle practice, with a focus on poses that counteract the aging process and the effects of our more sedentary lifestyles.
